MEDIEVAL AGES

Privacy Policy · last updated October 14, 2026

Medieval Ages is made by Nathanael Gill, an individual developer. This policy covers the Medieval Ages app for iPhone and the web version of the game.

We collect no data

Medieval Ages does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal information or usage data. The game has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, and once the game has loaded it makes no network requests while you play.

What stays on your device

To remember your progress and settings, the game saves a few values on your own device only: which levels you have unlocked, the level you chose last, your sound and music volume, whether music and the tutorial narrator are on, and whether you have seen the intro film and tutorial. In the iPhone app the game also remembers whether the intro film has been watched and which app version it last asked you to rate. These values are stored only on your device (in the app's local storage and iOS user defaults, or your browser's local storage on the web) and never leave it. Deleting the app (or clearing the website's data in your browser) removes them.

Apple and web hosting

If you download the app from the App Store, Apple may collect information under its own privacy policy (for example, download records or crash reports you choose to share with developers). The app may also show Apple's standard in-app rating prompt after you win a match; Apple handles that prompt and we receive nothing from it. We do not receive personal information from any of these.

The web version is hosted on GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, may log technical details such as your IP address when you load the page, under GitHub's own privacy statement. We do not have access to those logs and do not use them. The iPhone app loads nothing from the web.

Children

Because the game collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children.
